Our vision
We believe that people’s views can improve health and social care services in the North of England.
Our mission
Is to demonstrate how people’s views can improve services in health and social care. And we aim to provide information and signposting services to help that happen well.
Tell Us North CIC
• Work with local communities to influence and improve the quality of health, wellbeing and social care services.
• Provide community engagement, research, evaluation and assessment services within the fields of health, wellbeing and social care.
• Provide training and development of skills and knowledge for the public and community organisations in a variety of forms (e.g. online, in person).
• Run information, signposting, and advice services for the public about local health and social care services.
• Provide an opportunity for organisations to share information about their services.
We also run Healthwatch Newcastle and Healthwatch Gateshead, which work to ensure social care and health commissioners and providers listen to local communities in order to continuously improve services.
Our services
Tell Us North CIC can provide a range of tailored services to public bodies, voluntary sector partners and private companies. These include:
• Community engagement, research, evaluation and assessment services within the fields of health, wellbeing and social care.
• Training and development of skills and knowledge for the public and community organisations in a variety of forms (e.g. online, in person).
• How to sessions on running information, signposting, and advice services for the public about local health and social care services.
